Text messaging features activate separately once U.S. carrier registration is complete, typically 10–14 business days from the day we receive the business's EIN. Carrier registration is a federal requirement for all business SMS and applies to every provider — carriers verify the business against IRS records, so we request the EIN the day you sign and the process runs in the background while the phone line goes live.

The first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live, and only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. If it didn't, that month is never billed. The one-time $299 setup fee is charged at signing and is not refundable.
