The Problem
Every call you miss is a
booking your competitor takes.
Most businesses lose revenue not from bad service, but from calls no one was there to answer. Three ways it happens, and then what it costs.
Calls go to voicemail
Callers don't leave messages. They call the next name on the list — and book there instead.
The front desk closes at 5
Most booking inquiries come after hours, when there's no one to capture them.
Staff can't do it all
In back-to-back appointments, over lunch, and through every busy stretch, the phone rings unanswered — and revenue walks.
The Cost of Inaction
Drag the slider to however many calls go unanswered in a normal week. The number beside it is your own arithmetic — an estimate from what you entered, not a promise.
Estimated revenue walking each month
Assumes a $350 booking and 35% of recovered calls booking — an estimate, not a promise. Tune every number on the full calculator.

Why Luna Front
The parts most vendors
make you ask for.
Our whole price list is on this page — no quote to request, and no number that moves once you are on a call with us. And where the answer is no, we give it plainly: we do not create, manage or pay for your ads, and Luna Front never gives medical, legal or real-estate advice — those go to your own team, by rules you set at onboarding.
You do not operate any of it, and that is the difference from AI receptionist software — which hands you a dashboard and makes the running of it your job. We write the scripts, connect your calendar, test it before it takes a real call, and keep it current as your services and hours change. What reaches you is booked work and a record of every call, including the ones that used to leave no trace.

If it doesn't cover its plan fee in 30 days, you aren't charged it.
Your first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live — and only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. If it didn't, that month is never billed. The one-time $299 setup fee is charged at signup and is not refundable, so the most you can be out is that $299.
No lock-in
Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.
