Rates
What you pay past your allowance
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes and text messages, and everything inside it is already paid for. These are the two rates you are billed at past it — the same rates your services agreement names.

Usage inside your allowance never bills — your monthly allowance is Starter 1,000 · Growth 2,000 · Pro 4,000 minutes and text messages. Past it, overage is billed at the rates above. We notify you at 80% of an allowance and again at 100%, before anything bills. If your volume regularly runs near your allowance, we tell you to move up a tier rather than leave you paying overage every month. Rate changes carry 30 days’ notice by email. Outbound calling is exception-priced and quoted in writing before anything runs.
How a text is counted
A text message bills per segment, not per message. A segment is 160 characters — or 70 if the message contains an emoji or a curly quote, because either one re-encodes the whole message. A 200-character appointment reminder is two segments.
If it doesn't cover its plan fee in 30 days, you aren't charged it.
Your first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live — and only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. If it didn't, that month is never billed. The one-time $299 setup fee is charged at signup and is not refundable, so the most you can be out is that $299.
