A Call, Annotated
What a call sounds like.
Illustrative example. This plays a written walkthrough of the call flow at the pace of a real call — it is not audio, not a recording, and not a transcript of any real call. Waverly Med Spa is a fictional practice.
Luna Front (AI)
Thank you for calling Waverly Med Spa. This is the front desk — how can I help you today?
Caller
Oh — hi. I saw you do lip filler. Can I ask a couple of questions?
Luna Front (AI)
Of course. We offer lip filler with our nurse injectors, and everything starts with a consultation — that's where you get a personalized plan and exact pricing. Would you like me to find you a time?
Caller
Maybe. I work until 5 most days, though. And… is filler okay if I'm breastfeeding?
Luna Front (AI)
That's an important question for your provider — I'll note it on your file so it's answered at your consultation; I don't give medical advice on the call. As for timing, we have evening openings Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thursday at 6:15 is available — would that work?
Caller
Thursday at 6:15 works.
Luna Front (AI)
Perfect. Can I get your first and last name, and the best number to reach you?
Caller
Jordan Avery — 555-0134.
Luna Front (AI)
Thank you, Jordan. Would you rather have your appointment messages by text, by email, or both?
Caller
Text is easier.
Luna Front (AI)
You're booked for a lip filler consultation Thursday at 6:15 PM — that'll come by text, and your provider will have your question ready to discuss. Anything else I can help with tonight?
▸ The desk is dark and the staff went home. This is the call that normally becomes a voicemail — or a booking at the practice down the road.
Scripted walkthrough — plays as text, at the pace of a real call. No audio.
A script can only show you the flow. The voice, the timing, the feel — that’s what the live call is for. The first line below is Waverly Med Spa's: the same fictional practice you just watched, answering for real.
Answers 24/7 as Waverly Med Spa — our demonstration practice, not a real business.
Our own line — it books your 15 minutes with our team on the call and confirms by email.

Onboarding
Live and answering calls within 5 business days.
Counted from your signed agreement. Text messaging runs on its own clock — U.S. carrier registration is a federal requirement for every provider, and the last step has the timing.
Day 1 — Kickoff
We learn your services, booking rules, hours, and how your front desk should sound — including its voice, which you choose from a library by accent and gender.
Days 2–3 — Configuration
We build your scripts, intake flow, and booking logic, and connect your calendar and phone number — plus the systems you keep records in, on Growth and Pro.
Day 4 — Testing
We run test calls with you and fine-tune until it handles your real scenarios correctly.
What Day 4 tests
The test pack · run before go-live
- Booking — the everyday path
- Booking — the edge cases
- Your information, prices and policies
- The boundaries it never crosses — clinical, legal, Fair Housing
- Escalation and difficult callers
- Confirmations read back correctly
- Identity, disclosure and hard limits
Re-run whenever the script, the refusal rules or your booking rules change.
If a blocking scenario holds the launch, billing waits with it — your first plan fee still isn't charged until 30 days after go-live.
Day 5 — Go live
Your AI front desk starts answering — and we keep managing and adjusting it for you.
10–14 business days after your EIN — Text messaging activates
Carriers verify your business against IRS records, so the clock starts when we receive your EIN. We request it the day you sign, and your phone line is already live while it runs.
After Go-Live
Day five is the start,
not the finish.
Everything above gets your front desk answering. Everything below is what the monthly fee actually buys — and it’s the part a software subscription hands back to you.
It stays managed — by us
Scripts, intake questions and booking rules stay our job, not yours. A new service, different hours, a price that moved, a phrase that isn't landing — you tell us and we change it. No ticket to file, no dashboard to keep.
Reports that come to you
A weekly call summary from Starter up, and more reporting on Growth and Pro — every report is laid out, with examples, on the page linked below.
Capabilities
What it does — and what it doesn't.
What Luna Front handles
What it leaves to your team
If it doesn't cover its plan fee in 30 days, you aren't charged it.
Your first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live — and only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. If it didn't, that month is never billed. The one-time $299 setup fee is charged at signup and is not refundable, so the most you can be out is that $299.
No lock-in
Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.
